We have put together a few of our fav yoga videos before/after surfing!

Surfing is a full-body sport and works your body in new ways, so stretching before and after helps you stay flexible, avoid injury, and helps with mental wellbeing.
Below are a few of our fav classes!
Before you surf, we want to focus on light movement to wake the body up.
This helps:
Loosen shoulders for paddling
Get your body ready for pop-ups
Reduce the chance of strains or stiffness

After you surf, we want to focus on relaxing sore shoulders, back and hips.

Gentle stretching also helps to:

Reduce soreness between surf sessions
Improves flexibility
Improves Coordination and Balance
Reduces stress and helps with mental focus
